  Outlaw Fab started the same way a lot of truck builds do—out in the garage, after hours, building stuff that didn’t exist yet for our own trucks and our friends’.

How Outlaw Fab Started

  Before Outlaw Fab, I spent six years welding excavator attachments in a factory. It paid the bills, but I wanted to do more than the same welds day in and day out.

On the side, I was making exhaust stacks and other parts for my own truck and buddies’ trucks. That little “side thing” turned into something I couldn’t shake—I loved diesel trucks and the aftermarket scene too much.

  Then life changed.
When my son was diagnosed with cancer, I needed the freedom to be at his chemo appointments and still provide for my family. That’s when I decided to bet on myself and go all in on Outlaw Fab.

We’ve been at it since 2021, and haven’t looked back.

  We build parts for trucks that don’t just sit pretty in a parking lot—they look good and perform.

How We Build

  We’re a small team in Dyersville, Iowa that would rather be in the shop than behind a desk.

Here’s how it comes together:

• I handle most of the work myself—designing in 3D, welding, powder coating, and shipping.

• I’ve got part-time help that jumps in when they can.

• We outsource laser cutting and bending to trusted shops, but all the files are designed in-house.

• We also outsource sandblasting, then take it from there—fitment, finish, and final details are on us.

Every part that leaves the shop is something I’d run on my own truck.
